Living in Richmond

One of the core tenets of the Richmond Democratic Town Committee is making sure that government meets the needs of the people, or in this case, of the town residents.  Often we find that residents have similar questions about living here in Richmond.  While all this information is technically available in the great wide world, sometimes it is nice to have a fellow resident with the inside scoop on how to “Live in Richmond” while making full use of the local shops, town services, educational opportunities, events, and public spaces.  The committee includes residents that are fairly new and many that have been active in the community their whole lives, all together creating a great bank of local knowledge. When we learn something that might interest other residents, we are happy to share it here.
